For the first time ever (and hopefully the last) we managed to lock ourselves out of the house. Searching for a local locksmith on our neighbour's iPad we, fortunately, found Parkgate Locksmith's. Although we were told it would take an hour before he could reach us, he actually arrived within twenty minutes and he quickly and efficiently gained access to the house. He then replaced the lock and door handle which my husband had wrecked in his "enthusiasm" to get in. The new handle and lock provide us with security superior to what we had originally. I came home to find that our door wouldn't open. After the initial panic, I scrolled through the web on my phone, called a couple of locksmiths but to no avail, then called Stephen. I explained the issue with the door, the lock was fine but the handle wasn't engaging the mechanism, we had a quick chat and he said he would be with us in about an hour. He arived a little early, which was a bonus as it was a wet nasty night, did the job with no fuss and totally professional.
